Josh and Andrew are members of the Real Cast for DC and the 2010 show. The Real World Cast is in DC. Everyone knows the basic characteristic of the Real World Cast. For example, 20 somethings, drama, drinking, sex, and looking to advance their careers by coming on the Real World.
Allegedly, Streetroachpics.com caught Josh making a home made flask. He appears to be putting the liquor in a Snapple bottle. If you look at the pictures below, you can see their something going down between Josh and Andrew.
