Elliot of the radio morning show on D.C. 101 called Russ Parr a down low male. A down low male is a male who sleeps with men but does not want anyone to know it. This down low male may have a primary relationship with a female but from time to time has sexual in counters with men without the female’s knowledge. Although Elliot has not presented any proof of this lifestyle, he still made this statement. People are wondering if this is the start of a local radio beef but, the beef is of an equal status. Elliot is a local morning show and, Russ Parr is a syndicated morning show.
Russ Parr this morning came back on Elliot by saying he was short and only came to his balls. Elliot may have called Parr a DL male because of statements like this. Russ Parr did not seem to be to upset with the rumor but was ready to insult Elliot if it was necessary.
