Although Dream is apart of the Heart of the City Tour, he still has time to put his arm around one of his women. The Dream was spoted in the District of Columia before the show started. He appeared to be cuddled up next to his current bun bun. If you look at the pictures, you can see the Dream is chilling and happy with this female.
