Regina King is one of the most respected female black actors to date. Although Regina King has not had any major leading roles in her career, she still is consider a well rounded actress. Regina King knows the ins and outs of Hollywood and the entertainment business. Recently, King made statements that made it appear she was upset with Hollywood’s older black actors. King feels that the older group does not pass along knowledge to the younger group. King feels that there is some self hate going on with these 60’s and 70’s group of African descent actors.
