Just when Gov. Sarah Palin thought it was safe to come out the dark woods of Alaska, she is the major reason a lawsuit was filed against the state of Alaska in federal court. The Jazz community seems to be upset with Palin failing to do an annual duty.
She was suppose to proclaim Juneteenth day but , she did not. Jazz musician and America's Hot Musician judge Gregory Charles Royal filed a federal lawsuit. The question is how much money will the state have to pay for Palin's mistake or lack of caring for a minority population.
