Hollywood old and new supports Black Caucus

Once a year ,the District of Columbia hosts the CBC. Doing this event, CBC takes time to bring up various issues for discussion ranging from social to economical. CBC creates various panel topics by merging CBC members with industry professionals and scholars. After each days event, there is a small concert or gathering at the main event location or off site surrounding areas. This mix and mingling has attracted various people from different parts of the entertainment industry. The various entertainers also take part in the panel discussion if they have an expertise in that field. For example, Robert Townsend , who is pictured below , is the CEO of the Black Family Channel. Townsend was on the panel for “Navigating the Digital ERA: What African Americans Need to Know About the New Digital Age”.
